Trees down on the walking trail

Anyone know how we can get the fallen trees removed from the walking trail? Is this city property?

The property belongs to City of Helena. They will say it isn't when you ask them. Just ask me how I know! After reporting motorized vehicles on this trail multiple times I was told it wasn't their property or jurisdiction as a scape goat for never actually responding to the calls. I have a land survey provided by the association which shows property ownership for the front of Old Cahaba.

We are on the trail all of the time and haven't seen any motorized vehicles so maybe your calls have worked. What types of vehicles?
